Sync Outside The Box
- Based on our original Sync-Gen IIPRO and Sync-Gen IILE interfaces - with significant upgrades - the Sync-Gen 3LX and Multi-Split package is a sample-accurate, latency-correcting, universal DAW-to-external hardware tempo-sync interface system with advanced plugin control in AU | VST | VST3 and AAX formats.
- A single dedicated output from your audio interface is the only requirement. All audio interfaces are supported. No DC coupling is required. All DAWs and project sample rates are supported. All outgoing five-pin ports are switchable between MIDI and Din-Sync.
- An output, buss-switchable, direct MIDI Merge is included on the front panel for live keyboard play or for injecting DAW-generated MIDI events into the precision-generated clock stream.
- Analogue Voltage Clocks and DAW running-status Transport output pulses [ switchable between 5VDC | S-Trig ] are provided via a rear TRS socket, with all clock rates up to 96PPQ available and selected directly via front-panel rotary switches.
- All clock-rate changes are DAW-grid bar-quantized ensuring both smooth live performance and real-time tracking feel. A variable Voltage Trigger | Pulse Width control is provided for the slower rhythmic analogue clock rates.
- Internal native clock resolution is 96PPQ, ensuring all slower clock rates retain identical stability and alignment by being internally divided down in hardware.
- The separate Multi-Split is a zero-latency, zero-jitter, dual-input MIDI and Din-Sync port expander for the Sync-Gen 3LX, which can be used separately or in combination as a precision MIDI | Din-Sync thru box.
