Compatibility
- The TT-5 likes 5 volts supplied by the MIDI Clock / Din-Sync source device or interface.
- There are some device designs that stray from the official original MIDI Specification and only provide 3.3 volts.
- There are also some devices that have pin 2 not connected to ground as is also defined in the MIDI specification.
- Check with your manufacturer.
- To use the TT-5 with these lower voltage MIDI devices patch the source MIDI output to any powered MIDI thru-box and then into the TT-5.
